Real Estate Radon Screening Test - Calgary and Area

At Radon West we understand 3 months is too long to wait for real estate transactions to be completed. Our real estate package includes both a short term test so that decisions can be made, and a long term test that follows the Health Canada protocols. We use digital continuous radon monitors with tamper resistant features for our real estate testing to ensure the integrity of our results. The short term test is placed and retrieved by a C-NRPP certified professional.  The device used is approved by the Canadian National Radon Proficiency Program and has tamper resistance features that monitor movement and sudden pressure changes to ensure valid test results. Test devices have up to date calibration certification. Short term tests are between 60 hours and 7 days. A minimum 3 month long term test is also included in the service to be deployed at a later date in the heating season.
